Pamela Cobb grew up in New York and graduated with a degree in English and French from the University of Kansas.

Pamela's short personal essays appear in the local Baja California Sur magazine, El Calendario de Todos Santos, where she refers to Todos Santos as Tiny Town. (As of November, 2011, the name of the magazine is Journal del Pacifico)
